ROBBERY - 2 DAY CHARGE £20.86

rang to stop renewal of insurance as car was going back to lease company I didn't cancel the insurance but informed them the car was going back 3 days before my policy ended - the lady on the phone said that's OK nothing to pay. 1 week later call from rude man asking me to pay £22.86 cancellation fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! daylight robbery and he wanted me to pay over the phone there and then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1/10 FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!! Reviewed on: 27th October 2017
