Wanted to pay into my ISA which I haven;t done for while. It needed reactivating and the instructions given to do this were easy to follow and I was guided the whole way through the process to get it reactivated. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes. It was so refreshing to have something actioned so quickly without multiple telephone calls. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022
