New customer

As a new customer swapping from my current bank I was apprehensive that the switch would be smooth. Everything was explained simply and I had no issues. I really like the set up of the mobile app, it is easy to navigate and everything I need is there. My PIN didn’t arrive but it was easy to reorder through chat via mobile app and I was kept updated. Overall I am very happy with my new bank. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
