I have been trying to use Cora for over three weeks to resolve an issue with the opening of a new account for my teenage daughter. I have gone round and round in circles, providing the same information every time and being transferred and transferred between different staff members. No one has been able to answer my (fairly simple) question and when I do get through to someone who may actually be able to help me, if I don't reply to their message within 15 minutes or so, the system logs me out and I have to start all over again - which I have now done SEVEN times, still with no resolution. I called their central number and have been told I can only open the account online - but no-one online can resolve my (simple) issue. I have been business banking with NatWest for decades and am seriously considering swapping banks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you have a very simple query. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
