Caring, friendly, warm

SBS is still a Building Society - converys the original values of care and kindness and patience. Every member of the team here is Glasgow communications these values. I notice there is a turnover of staff which is unexpected as may in time corrode your values. Perhaps pressure of work may worsen the situation.
