I like RCI Bank and have been with them for several years now. They offer some of the best rates for savings and the online system is easy to use. I've actually never had to contact support as there's never been a problem with accessing my account.All in all then, I can personally recommend RCI as a great bank to do business with. I've been with RCI Bank for over ten years during which time I've never had a problem with my account and the interest rate is always in the top five UK banks. That is important to me as I need to make a reasonable return on my savings. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Excellent customer service and support

I've been with RCI bank for several years now and never had a problem with any aspect of my online account with them. In addition, they are pretty quick to pass on any rise in interest rates for savers. Well done RCI Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
