Great communication in writing and in person.

My fixed term bond recently came up to end. I had lots of notice about this, and was able to take time to consider my options. I spoke to customer service, as I am not the most sophisticated investor and found the conversation really helpful in explaining all the differences. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Great Customer Service and easy to understand

I really appreciate the communications from the RCI Bank. They make it easy to understand, and I am not the best generally at managing finances on my computer. Found it easy to decide what to do when time of fixed fund finished. And feel confident in them as a bank. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
