Flawless from the first enquiry onwards

Everything from the first enquiry to account use is flawless. The app experience and budgeting tools are clear and concise. It's harder to make a mistake than get it right. They are extremely engaging to their customers, and their warm public face really makes you feel like you are a big part of their business by banking with them. Quick to assist with any enquiry, and they take on feedback seriously with a view to improve, and don't give off any "arrogant bankers" energy. I adore Monzo bank, and can't imagine choosing anyone else now. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
