Good benefits, clunky website

The benefits offered on the account are great (5% interest, £100 referral bonus) and are better than I've had elsewhere. However, the online banking is a bit clunky and more difficult to use than many others I've used before. It isn't a deal breaker, but does stop it from getting a perfect score.
