Simple, efficient and user friendly

I used Monzo for just over a year and I have been a fan of them since. They were perfect for using overseas and did not require any heavy paperwork to set it up. I have had no issues with them since my opening. The app is fantastic and allows easy usage and up to date transactions and also includes the differences in rates between foreign currencies. Simple and efficient

I used RateSettler for my car finance. I would recommend this to anyone due to two main reasons. First is customer service. Whenever I have had to contact them I have always been treated seriously and with respect. I have been helped out with whatever I needed and the team always could chat to you frankly and friendly so I felt confident with them. Secondly is the manner in which they take payments in that they take them consistently with no additional surprise interest rates so I was not shocked in the amount taken. Quality loans

I used Ratesetter to buy my first car and was deeply pleased with how well the process was from creating my account to receiving the loan. I was very satisfied with the phone customer service who were very polite and knowledgeable. Also the online customer service was excellent when I wanted to change the dates of my payments. The website was great in that in offered me a breakdown of my payments by month and what the interest was so there was no extra charges. All in all I am very pleased with Ratesetter and cannot think of another company to ask for a loan. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2022
