Awful Mortgage department

Just a shambles Took months to process a mortgage. Well beyond their stated target As a result I lost the house and an currently searching for another Terrible communication Even the complaints procedure is non functional I believe they used to be good but nowadays avoid The WORST bank I have ever dealt with Reviewed on: 9th June 2016
