Fantastic charity - so helpful and stress relieving

Stepchange were able to make an extremely stressful and upsetting situation significantly more manageable. We had got into a position where were were no longer able to manage our debt and were struggling to see a way out. Stepchange managed the whole process with kindness and no judgement. They spoke to our creditors on our behalf and (aside from a couple of nasty ones) they have all been extremely open to the new payment plan. I honestly don't know what we would have done if we hadn't gone to StepChange. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
