I like the face that staff ring you back on the same day you leave a message. I particularly like the face that you issue traditional passbooks rather than lose sheets of paper which you can easily misplace. I like the fact you have good rates open to customers who do not have online facilities and therefore not being discriminated against. Reviewed on: 25th August 2023

It is a local branch and very accessible. The advisors and workers are all very friendly and accommodating, you don't feel like a number with the Melton so I chose to bank here rather than save with the big banks. Reviewed on: 25th August 2023
