I have been happy being a melton member and rates were competitive when I joined, just a little upset that when I emailed the society to find out when the account matured, that I didn't get a reply I had to ring and speak to a member of staff about it last week. Reviewed on: 28th June 2023

I have a regular savings account maturing in May 2023 and would like to open another, but as I don't live in a specific area I am prevented from doing so. Most providers allow existing customers who have been loyal to go on and open any of their accounts you have now lost me as a customer, i dont see how this is delivering a good customer service.
