I am a returning customer so it was a no brainier to come back for help. My only criticism is that it is not always clear what the next steps are to complete when submitting documents and completing forms and identifying what’s missing straight away. The app glitches and then you’re stuck in a loop until you call someone from customer service for assistance. It’s an excellent service so this is very minor in comparison. The website and app functionality need some revision otherwise incredible. Reviewed on: 9th August 2024
