Excellent to have.

Excellent Team

I just had my second loan (unexpected to be approved) last month. The loan application is a very straightforward one. My experience was excellent. No more phone calls from the team for follow up and no more extra papers needed. Bamboo has helped me a lot, as when I was struggling and missed paying for few months, every time I give them a ring the customer service people have been very helpful. They are very calm and will not embarrass you or harass you for payment. Instead they have helped me in many ways like arranging payment plan that I can afford. They have been very supportive to me throughout until I paid in full. I feel relieve all the time after I spoke to them because of the excellent service from the team. I didn’t feel being judged at all. I’m lost for words and couldn’t thank them enough. Excellent Bamboo and well done to the whole team. Keep it up. Would highly recommend you to everyone.
