Newbury Building Society Branch Review

The updated branch is extremely unsafe from a security point of view for both staff and customers, no safety for the desk staff and anyone can see my transactions through the window. Reviewed on: 31st December 2022

We are more than happy to provide you with a provate room or a counter away from the window when you are in branch, please just let our team know this is what you'd prefer. From a security point of view the measures in place are higher from a technical point of view than previously. We would be happy to talk this through with you in branch on your next visit.
