24 years on, with perfect customer service

I took my first mortgage out with the Bath in 2000. Since then I have had several mortgage and savings product. My last mortgage was granted during the days of Mr and Mrs Hodgman running the Society. I recently had to make some changes to my mortgage and the Society, including the Mortgage Team were outstanding in terms of customer service, speed of reaction, engagement and a 'can do' approach. Outstanding Customer Service, Traditional Values & Integrity

I have been a borrower now for some 21 years. The Society have helped me in every step of my home ownership-Their values are traditional and they havethe utmost intregrity, you can rely on them, they are genuinely people who care about their clients.
