As I am in my 80s, I avoid on-line financial transactions, so since covid I have kept on top of my Bath B S savings by post, telephone, or e-mail, as I rarely come into Bath nowadays. I have managed to do this without too much difficulty. Reviewed on: 13th September 2024

Local, friendly, and efficient.

During Covid, whilst shielding my wife, I have received help by phone instead of my occasional trips into the Bath branch.. Reviewed on: 8th March 2022
