Highest quality of personal service.

I have been a customer of BBS for more than 60 years, for both mortgages and savings and have always found their service to be of the highest quality. I have recommended the Society to many friends and colleagues and all have received the same personal and friendly service. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Years of friendly and generous service

Years of friendly and generous service from nice people. I opened my first account in April 1962 and I have enjoyed my relationship with BIBS since then……long may it continue. Reviewed on: 14th September 2024

They are WINNERS for me!

I have been a customer of Bath Building Society for over 60 years and value the fact that they put themselves out to help their customers....even the staff doing shopping for elderly people who are unable to get out to the shops. Wonderful, true customer service.

I have been a customer of the Society for more than 60 years. I have been a saver and a borrower from them. Their customer care and service is of the highest standard.......their cashiers shopping for infirm customers during the pandemic and delivering that essential goods to the clients door on their way home.. long may they continue to prosper and offer their unique caring service for many years to come.
