They are WINNERS for me!

I have been a customer of Bath Building Society for over 60 years and value the fact that they put themselves out to help their customers....even the staff doing shopping for elderly people who are unable to get out to the shops. The staff are lovely people and I cannot praise them enough. They are WINNERS for me! Reviewed on: 22nd February 2024

Wonderful, true customer service.

I have been a customer of the Society for more than 60 years. I have been a saver and a borrower from them. Their customer care and service is of the highest standard.......their cashiers shopping for infirm customers during the pandemic and delivering that essential goods to the clients door on their way home.. long may they continue to prosper and offer their unique caring service for many years to come.
