Review of the Bath Building Society, Savings:

Not impressed

Not impressed by the building society as you can only open an account if you live in the immediate area. I am being discriminated because I do not live in the catchment area Reviewed on: 8th March 2022

Reply from Bath Building Society David, we don't like having to put these restrictions in place but whenever we have more funds than we are able to lend, we can either reduce our rates to make us less attractive or maintain them with restrictions on who can access them. Our preference is to protect our existing members and restrict selected accounts to those who work, live or study in Bath. We will remove these restrictions as soon as we are able to do so.
