Highly Recommend

Very friendly, understanding of what we needed at the beginning of our Mortgage explaining everything in a concise and professional way. They are proactive and have consistently stayed in touch making us aware of any improved and competitive rates they can offer as our fixed or discounted rates have come to an end. Their rates might not be the absolute best on the market but we have chosen to stay with The Bath Building Society because of their excellent service. Reviewed on: 8th March 2022
