Efficient Personalised Customer Service

The customer service offered by Bath Building Society (BBS) is unique in this online age. If we have ever needed to contact them we have always been dealt with by knowledgable and engaging individuals who have always solved whatever issue we may have had. Keep up the good work BBS! Specialist Lending with Understanding

We needed to transfer a specialist Holiday Let Mortgage from one property to another. Everybody at Bath Building Society was understanding of the complexity of the transfer and their customer service was great. We especially found having a personalised mortgage advisor to contact with questions or problems a real bonus, instead of having to explain every detail, every time with other lenders!
