Review of the Lloyds Bank, Business Banking:

Good service but a bit behind with technology

I've held a business account with Lloyds bank since the business started in 2003. We've had a lot of account managers over the years - the good ones tend to get promoted but I guess that is part of business life. Generally customer service is pretty good - our account manager and support person are easy to deal with and helpful. The App is pretty good although it would be helpful to have a search facility. My main complaint is that they do not have a direct feed fro Xero account... Reviewed on: 13th November 2017
