Bath Building Society

Superb organization whose size is key to it's success. My wife and I have been mortgage customers for 17 years. We also had a 'Buy for Uni' mortgage for my daughter which worked very well. No overseas call centre, direct telephone numbers provide access to very helpful/knowledgable staff, competive mortgage deals, reasonable charges. The organization must be a pleasant place to work as they retain their staff thereby provided consistent contacts. Bath Building Society definately get my vote! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

A Fair Mortage Provider

Bath Building Society have always been very fair when offering mortage renewals. They contact us well in advance of the renewal, offering a small selection of competitive deals allowing us to make a decision without the need to change provider. They are always easy to contact and very responsive. As a long term mortgage customer, I would always recommend them. Reviewed on: 9th March 2022
