Price increase

Got my renewal price Not too happy as substantial price increase Never having made a claim on any home insurance for20+ years was disappointed to be penalized by increase in premium Loyalty is not being rewarded in any tangenable way but penalized Wrote to them about it got a call from a young man to discuss it but as I was driving at the time I asked for him to call back later that day Still waiting for the call Poor customer service in my eyes Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
