As someone who knows nothing about applying for a mortgage and what my options might be at the age of 60, I was really lucky to be pointed towards Bath Building Society. They answered my query promptly and were more than helpful, emailing me the relevant information and giving me a few ideas I hadn't previously thought of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
