Customer Service

I am voting for the Post Office to win this award as when I recently applied for a personal loan I was treated with respect by listening to my needs and therefore providing me with the right product as a result of their excellent customer service and product knowledge . Post office was also very quick in transferring the loan amount into my bank account. This also means that I it was all a hassle free experience for me as a customer.
