Very good customer service, in my local branch.

Whenever I need to go into the branch, to pay in cheques or cash, the staff are always friendly and approachable. On my last visit, I was having trouble paying in a cheque and a member of staff saw me and came to help straight away. Reviewed on: 5th November 2018

Reasonably priced insurance for young drivers.

I'm insured on my dad's car with Aviva. I've only been driving for a year but the insurance quote was competitive, didn't require a black box and insured me on a lease car, when other companies wouldn't. Reviewed on: 18th July 2018

Always very friendly and welcoming in branch.

Staff in my local Chichester branch are very friendly and helful. There is always someone to ask for assistance or advice and they are very appraochable. It makes going into the branch an enjoyable experience. Reviewed on: 11th February 2018
