Starling Bank - Easy to use

I switched to Starling Bank using the current account switch service after seeing the reviews online. The process was very easy and straight forward and I couldn’t fault the process. There are many easy to use features and I am so glad I made the switch. I haven’t had to call Starling so I can’t yet comment on this aspect however the app is so easy to use and understand which probably explains why I haven’t had to use customer services as of yet.
