I was with a previous bank for 16 years, and now that I’ve moved to Starling, I’ve seen just how excellent a bank can be from function, online services, communication, to customer service. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Excellent

Moving to Starling was a smart move to manage my finances day-to-day, the contrast glaring with my old bank of which I was a customer for 16 years. Starling showed me how it was possible for banks to have an app that is actually good in terms of keeping me in the loop about payments and direct debits, and offering me very useful services such as “spaces” for savings and so on.
