Leading in modern banking

I moved to Starling a year ago and have nothing but good to say so far. Other banks need to take note because they are so far behind, no wonder they are struggling to retain customers. Having worked in banking until recently for 15 years I can speak from experience to how old fashion they are. I love that I can see pending incomings like Pay which I’ve not had with other banks, the cash back linked apps which pay out instantly, the ID checks that are normally done within 30 mins. Great interface on the app. Certainly the most innovative bank I’ve dealt with. Reviewed on: 13th March 2022
