Online Purchase Priblem

I bought home insurance from Swinton online but at the payment stage it said they could not continue and to finish my purchase I had to phone them.This was annoying ,especially with no explanation.I phoned and the man was very friendly,helpful and completed my payment but it all took time and I had to explain what had happened and go through what I had already done online.Overall,the price and customer service were good but the purchase process was annoying.
