Very responsive, friendly customer service

I had some queries when opening my Tide account via the app, and even though I sent these over the weekend via email, they were quick to respond and my account was up and running by the Tuesday. I received my Tide card shortly after, which comes in unique, high-quality packaging. Funding the account was quick and faultless. It's been an impressive experience all round so far.
