Simple modern thinking and approach to personal, joint account and business banking

Very easy to any type of account, get feedback from staff and order items such as cards, The app is the key enabler and clearly written from the ground up rather than being a legacy structure like current banks adapted to look "new". It makes it very easy to perform banking activity across multiple accounts and suits my financial requirements better than even some newer banking entrants to the market.
