Did what it said on the tin

FIBR Capital loaned us £5m in December 2021, after our initial meeting with their manager John Davies, in October of that year. He promised that they would deliver the product, and that if we and our solicitors responded swiftly to all their requirements the funds would be with us by the end of the year. About 60 properties needed valuing and secured on the loan and it all happened exactly as John told us it would. The underwriters played their part too, as did the valuer a and FIBR’s solicitors. 10 out of 10!! Reviewed on: 18th March 2022
