Starling doesn't care!

Been scammed and at the same time protected by so called the best bank (Starling). When contacted they simply told me off and the money are gone. Blunt answer to my numerous emails was "there's nothing we can do" ... I still have the account as they DECLINED my request to close it but I'm not using it for a while. Deleted the app, cut the card, and basically tried to forget about them. I've also requested to unsubscribe from their emails and of course they didn't do it and I'm still receiving tons of emails. STARLING BANK, YOU ARE NOT THE BEST BANK. YOU ARE THE MOST UNCARING BANK IVE EVER USED! Reviewed on: 20th March 2022
