Straight forward and user-friendly

I struggle with anxiety, so speaking to people in person can be very difficult for me at times and I get nervous and flustered while completing some tasks. I recently had to change my address with my bank and being able to do so from the comfort of my home via an effective digital assistant was such a relief. Straight forward and done within a couple of minutes. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2022
