Review of the Starling Bank, Current account:

Consistently excellent service

I have several business accounts with Starling, and a couple with old established big name banks. Every interaction with Starling is quick, easy and results in speedy resolution. Every interaction with the old traditional banks is slow, painful and usually results in my being sent in circles with little likelihood of any resolution. If starling could add the ability to allow access to a nominated representative such as an accountant, they would have a perfect product and service. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
