There when most of the banking industry wasn't

I opened my account during one of the COVID lockdowns; my previous banking provider was being massively unhelpful, well absent really, after I had redeemed a current account mortgage. In desperation I turned to Starling and after a year am very glad I did so. Setting up the account was very simple, service responses (password resets) are quick, the account functionality is just what I need, nothing more and nothing less. IMO it is just what you need a current account to be simple, efficient and well supported. I'll never voluntarily return to the legacy banks. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
