Starling: Like a bird on the wing

I was accepted as a customer as a pensioner easily and with no hurdles or anxiety - this in itself gave me confidence in the care and consideration for any kind of customer. The app is easy peasy to use, read and navigate. I am able to get on with life with no crazy 1,000 steps to manage money but still know it’s secure. This is human banking.
