Easy to use and I never need to contact customer service, which is probably the best thing… Because if I’m having to contact customer service it means things are going wrong! Starling has been my primary bank account for the last four years, and I’m not planning on changing any time soon. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

I did a current account switch from Santander about two years ago. I’ve never looked back! The starling app is really easy to use and very intuitive. I’ve never had to get in touch with the customer service because I can do the majority of the things I need to do in the app and anything that I can’t figure out straight away just takes a little bit of common sense and some clicking around Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
