Unsatisfactory experience

I tried to get the statement for 6 months ago ie September 2021 on one of my bank accounts that has been running for more than 20 years. I was informed that there were no statements for this period. I sought help from Cora (the automaton) at 12.50pm. No helpful replies. At 12.59pm "Cora" notified me "she" was transferring me to a human. I was told I might have to wait up to a minute and that I was number 1 in the queue. After 14 minutes I was disconnected. This not the first time I have found "Cora" unsatisfactory but have never complained Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
