Easy, reliable, good communications

I opened a Starling account because I wanted a bank with a good reputation for customer service. Everything has worked easily, quickly and well. I was particularly impressed by the sign-up service which went without a hitch during lockdown. To be honest, despite the many positive reviews for customer service, I've never had to use it as nothing has glitched so far. Everything's online but the card and payments work exactly as my other 'bricks-and-mortar' banks' do, and I like Starling's communicative, in-touch approach. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
