They may not have branches but you can always get a human being on the phone.

Really good bank, much easier to access and manage my account than when I was with a high street bank. No need to find a parking space for a start! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Best bank ive ever dealt with. Quick, easy, can always get a person on the phone.

I love the savings buckets and the ease of use of the app. highly rate this bank for use, and customer service, in fact ive closed my accounts with my other bank as they just didnt match up to Starling in any way. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
