Any issue I’ve had I’ve been able to use the web chat or phone customer services and they’ve been able to deal with my issue efficiently and been extremely helpful. Issues I’ve had with traditional banks haven’t been a problem here. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

A bank with no physical branches was a bit daunting at first however their customer service is 5* and getting through is easy as anything.
