Excellent!

All the Staff at the Perton Branch of Dudley Building Society are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they make you feel relaxed and always go that extra mile to help. I would like to thank Lorna especially for her help today and Pete and the young lady who was training, sorry I don't know her name. We had an awful lot of things to do, but we weren't rushed and everything was sorted out wonderfully. Reviewed on: 7th September 2021

Good old fashioned customer Care

Perton branch staff: Always friendly. Always Helpful Always knowledgeable. Always patient. Always care about the community. Dudley Building Society does not give faceless uncaring bureaucratic gobblegook. They explain and behave like human beings. Absolute pleasure to enter the Branch.
