Unable to answer my question

From your own passbook description you were unable to tell me the rate of interest rate on the account, which is laughable if it wasn’t so serious. What is worse I was responding to a letter encouraging me to contact you regarding a further ISA subscription, which suffice to say I won’t be making now. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
