Unlike any other provider

Our application was not run of the mill. It was dealt with quickly and without any problems with updates every step of the way. Good interest rates, confusing account titles especially at maturity and reinvestment

Your letter says: Your 1 yr Reg Sav Inst 2 account matures..... This account will be transferred on maturity to our One Year Regular Saver Instant 2. I have criticised this several times but you never improve your wording to make it less confusing! Reviewed on: 24th September 2018
