I came to the Dudley branch today and I was served by a lady called Brenda. She very very welcoming and friendly. I wasn’t kept waiting for long and she dealt with my transaction quickly. Afterwards she also talked me through the process of accessing my account online. Reviewed on: 19th July 2021

sometimes information limited and tend to try pushing toward online everything which i do not want

basically imoved some money to yourselves some years ago as your interets rates were good and the customer experience was too. However I feel more and more not just yourselves but feel no eg no isa's now from you which is disappointing and offering better rates to do online which I HATE the thought of. I want to see people face to face if i have an issue not press buttons to be put through to people who then do not know you only by an account number. I like the on street presence!Please keep this not just for me but for many older people who do not use computers and online is not ass SAFE as it should be . you hear bad stories daily!
